Thank you for choosing Lisa Tu Artistry for your special event.
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit ensures your date is reserved exclusively for you and that other enquiries for the same date are declined.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or change of mind.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your booking, the deposit will be retained to cover the time reserved and administrative costs. Any payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Lisa Tu Artistry.

Rescheduling
If you need to change your booking date, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated subject to availability. If the new date is unavailable, the original deposit will be forfeited.
Late Arrivals
Clients who arrive late may receive a shortened service time to avoid delays for other bookings. Full payment will still apply.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and any payments made. By paying the booking deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this refund policy.
